Prof Dr Hashibul Alam Prodhan has been appointed as the 27th chairman of Law department of Rajshahi University. He took charge from the outgoing chairman Prof Dr Mohammad Abdul Hannan on an occasion on Sunday.

Prof Prodhan joined as a lecturer of Law department of RU in 1998. He was promoted as Professor in 2015.

Currently, he is serving as the Director of Shahid Shukhranjan Samddar Teacher Student Cultural Center (TSCC) of the university. He also acted as the Warden of Shahid Mir Abdul Quayyum International Dormitory of the university.
